Previous Retreats

Greece, Summer 2023

We had the most incredible time with Melody, founder of Aluma Yoga and our new friends on the Grecian Island of Amorgos! We spent six days & five nights on a yoga retreat on Amorgos, an island so remote the Greeks come here to get away from it all!

Each day began with a flowing vinyasa practice overlooking the picturesque, Aegean Sea. After a nourishing breakfast of organic foods sourced right from our 5-Star resort, we had time to lounge by the sea or the pool, we explored, rode on yachts, and had so much incredible food!

We can't wait to go back in 2024 and we hope this time YOU will be with us!

What our Adventurers are saying...

There are no words to describe the experience I just had traveling with Kelley and Melody leading the way for our Greece trip.  Everything was well planned, organized, and the attention to detail was superb.  Traveling to Greece solo was a little frightening, but this group made the entire experience nothing short of amazing.  We took amazing tours, ventured to beaches at several locations, had a super-star yacht experience and dined with locals from the town.  The itinerary was not loaded with "busy stuff" and we were able to not only enjoy yoga - with perfect views - but enjoy the sights, sounds and scenery of the island of Amorgos.  Almost all meals were included in our package, as well as all of the excursions.  I highly recommend traveling with these amazing women who were not only perfect organizers, but fantastic hosts.  I am looking forward to the next trip to Bali!

Kelley is the studio owner and director of Evolve Yoga + Wellness. A yogi, mama of 3, and LEO wife living in Southern Maryland.

Yoga, movement, and breath connection have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From growing up as a dancer to strength training, to movement on my mat. The focus on presence and mindfulness has provided me with great stability and release.

Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Dance minor from Frostburg State University. In 2008 she received her 200-hour yoga certification with Sunstone Yoga in and completed the 500-hour, Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, with Kim Manfredi and Charm City Yoga in 2013. As an E-RYT 500, Kelley is also a certified prenatal yoga and Barre teacher. She’s studied with the International Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Practitioner and is a Certified Personal Trainer.

I truly believe yoga is for everybody. My goal is to make yoga accessible and fun but also provide a safe space to turn inward on your mat. Kelley felt called to share the immense impact that breath and movement can have on one’s mind, body, soul, and spirit. It is her hope that every class provides students with an opportunity to enjoy moving their bodies, build physical strength and flexibility, relieve stress, and bring a balance of whole health and well-being.
