Each week we offer a variety of classes at our beautiful studio located in California, MD. Preregistration is required for all classes and any late cancels/no-shows will be charged. Clients have up until two hours before the start of class to cancel their reservation.
In addition to our in-person classes, Evolve Yoga + Wellness offers Livestream options for select classes. Preregistration for all Livestream classes is required in order to receive the necessary login and access information for the class.

Expect this class to help you find somatic healing while you roll, floss, release, and stretch your way to true functional improvement. Expect to use a variety of implements and techniques. Our primary tools will be foam rollers but active release therapy can make use of any equipment or object that can get into the right nooks of the body. Trigger point work and static stretching will make up the bulk of the class as we move from one problem area to the next. You’ll leave feeling limber; this class is an excellent option as active recovery.
